OSJ’s lovely programme includes the ultimate romantic present, Wagner’s Siegfried Idyll, written and performed for his wife Cosima as she awoke to her 33rd birthday.
For Coleridge-Taylor’s tuneful and big-hearted violin concerto, OSJ is joined by Elodie Chousmer-Howelles, a finalist in BBC Young Musician of the Year 2018 and an ambassador for the Benedetti Foundation.
